On tap @ the Top-Off, Camp As Sayliyah, Doha Qatar. Crystal clear ruby red beer with a cherry and wood aroma. Light bitter, mellow without the overly sweet taste I was expecting. Very nice mild cherry taste. An ok kriek outside of Belgium.

Can from Masuyo’s. Poured into a duvel snifter. Clear pomegranate red with a nice pink foamy head that dissipates fairly quickly leaving behind a thin layer that lasts along with solid lacing. Slight aromas of cherry, bread and cranberry. Syrupy mouthfeel with a sweet and slightly tart taste on the palate. A little too sweet for my liking..prefer Cantillon honestly. Finish is also a bit too sweet and slightly cardboardy.

Bottle. Deep red colour. Small white head. Aroma of cherry. Flavour of chemical sour cherry. Medium body and low carbo. Ok for one beer but I wouldn't try another. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Clear red with medium sized light pink/orange head. Cherry soda, light tart berries, dough, lemon rind, twigs. Not so nice vegetal/chemical bitter finish. Quite sweet with tart touch. Medium bodied. Artificial tasting, but less sweet than I remember it to be. Nice alcoholic alternative for a soda.

33cl can into glass. Barman in Ghent told me ’kriek is for ladies and gays’. Oh, those crazy Belgians! Nose is subdued malty cherries. Looks like cranberry juice with a thin tan head. Flat beer with sour (then sweet) cherry palate. Refreshing and the same price as soft drink in Belgium. Incredible!

Nice cherry beer, although it doesn’t really seem like a Kriek lambic, as it’s not very sour.

Pours a cherry pink with a large pink head. Aroma is quite bready, yeast with a hint of cherry. Taste is slight cherry, bread and artificial tartness. Full bodied.

Bottle. Pours clear darker amber in color with a pinkish head. Tart cherries and bit of wooden notes in aroma. Sugary sweet cherry lollipops too. Sweet artificial cherry notes in taste.

Honestly start wasnt promissing. Felt too sweet and syrupy but drinking more it got better and better. Foam increadible. thick dense, color clear full red. Very good looking beer. Aroma maybe not so much very quite cherry and even less sourness.

Reddish color with small head. Aroma is sweet cherries and tartness. Taste is the same. A very simple Kriek, but still lecker.

overly sweet with a lot of cherry. not a lot of complexity. this is what you give to kids to get them into drinking.
