UPDATED: MAR 22, 2005 i love this beer, my first lambic. people at my football team used to laugh at me for drinking it, b/c they thought it’s chicky. no matter, i love it and order it ever time after the football game.

Nice read colour... looks somewhat like raspberry syrup poured in with club soda. Nice head that is kind of thick. It smells like well, I think everyone here could figure out that it smells like berries. The taste is a little bit sour and tastes like cherries. It is not too sweet and overpowering with the sweetness though. Not too bad.

Can shared by Todd! Hazy red pour with a fizzy dark pink head. Ludens on the nose. Sweet cherry flavor. Light acidity

Wine color, amazing huge and fluffy pink foamy. Aroma is like some cherry candy and no chances to say that is a beer by his aroma! Flavor is like a cherry cider. Mouthfeel is like a cherry candy with a little bit note of hop!
Portuguęs: Cerveja totalmente diferente do que eu já tinha experimentado :). Cor de vinho com uma espuma rosada, enorme e maravilhosa além de persistente. Aroma é como uma bala de cereja, sem chances de dizer que é uma cerveja através do aroma. Sabor de cidra de cerja, retrogosto de bala de cereja com uma nota bem pouquinha de lúpulo nop final.

A lot of cherries in both aroma and flavor, sweetness was not at all too sweet. No acidity and no carbon dioxide. Quite interesting.

I know I shouldn’t like this, but I kind of do. It can’t compete with real lambics or other sours, but i like the mellow tones of cherries and almond, and the sweetness that comes with it.

Kedvenc gyümölcs-lambic söröm, melyhez ezúttal csapolva volt szerencsém egy Üllői úti kocsmában…
Tükrös meggypiros/rubinvörös szín, krémes és világos rózsaszínű hab, édes-fanyar, bort idéző gyümölcsös íz- és aromavilág, melyet egy kis kenyér/gabona egészít ki.
Keserédes befejezése enyhén fűszeres és citrusos, teste (nekem) pont jó, jól iható, frissítő és finom.

Bottle at home. Hazy deep purple to red color with a thin creamy white head. Aroma is cherries, hay and some faint wild yeast. Flavor is sweet, sour and bitter in quite a nice balance. Slightly bitter finish. Lively carbonation and a watery texture. Better than expected actually.
