The_Jester (497), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada Sep 28, 2006 Updated: Oct 3, 2006 Pours mahogany red with a bit of persistent head. Aroma is grasses with dark cherries underneath. Very sweet cherry, red wine, and something else (not good) I can’t place. Dry. Not something I’d try again, except maybe on tap.
Rciesla (813), Brick City, New Jersey, USA Oct 1, 2008 Served on draft in Japan. Pours a beautiful dark red body with a fuzzy pink head. Very strongly cherry and very sweet. Very drinkable with a dry finish. Slight hint of oak. weaselkenievil (369), Cheshire, England Sep 21, 2008 Bottle. Dark as hell in here so can’t really give much notes on appearance. Smells very tart and overly cherry-fied but the taste isn’t too bad. Cherry cherry cherry all over the place. Thought it was ok.
Pours clear and golden amber with a light pink head. Dry sulphorish cherry aroma. Flavour is dry cherry with a light citric note. Dry cherry finish. Simple yet seems authentic. Mild citric note too.
