Tap at WSF. Deep red coloured with no head. Aromas of watermelon, wood, cherries and almonds. Tart and dry flavour with notes of vinegar, cherries and wood.

Light, deep cherry colour. Phenols and light acetic woody character on the nose. Sweetish palate for style but with a late, sharp twang. HInts of citrus and spice add nuance.

@ WSF. Deep, dark jewel purple. Flat. Sherry, wood, medicine, a little band aid in the intense aroma. Soft, flat palate. Whoa on the vinegar and lactic acid. Too much for me.

Almost clear deep red with no head. Aroma of cherry, wood and vinegar. Rather acidic flavour, with cherries and wood.

Tap @ WSF. Pours clear dark pink with no head. Mose is sweet cherries. Tart and fresh taste with a bit of almond. Ends dry , sour and refreshing.

Clear medium red color with a virtually none appearance, virtually none lancing head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy cherry sourness, cask wood, oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy acidic - sour with a long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. (240508)

Draught @ WSF 2008. Clear red with no head. Sour aroma with cherry and barnyard notes. Flavor likewise with intense sour finish.

Tap@SpontaneousWeekend08. Sewer and cherry aroma. Deep red color, no head. Sweet start then very sour, cherry absolutely there but not like fresh fruitjuice, hint of sewer but not annoying, hints of wood. Very astringent.

Hazy pinkisch-rose color, no head.
Aroma lambic, fruits.
Medium body.
Taste good fruity (but is it kriek ? we think not), lambic sourness, very drinkable. Good for a Belle-Vue !
