Magicdave6 (4092), London, Greater London, England May 31, 2007 Spontanious weekend 07. Notes say: Hints of carbonation, strange no? Lambic goodness written allove it, a noteable bellevue lambic, not too sour, super drinkable. KimJohansen (4299), Copenhagen V, Denmark Jun 16, 2008 Draught @ WSF 2008. Clear red with no head. Sour aroma with cherry and barnyard notes. Flavor likewise with intense sour finish. fonefan (5558), Ulfborg, Denmark Jul 16, 2008 Draught @ 17th Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2008.
Clear medium red color with a virtually none appearance, virtually none lancing head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy cherry sourness, cask wood, oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy acidic - sour with a long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. (240508) Jerre (1422), Waregem, Belgium May 25, 2008 Yesterday @ Spontanious weekend ’08.
Hazy pinkisch-rose color, no head.
Aroma lambic, fruits.
Medium body.
Taste good fruity (but is it kriek ? we think not), lambic sourness, very drinkable. Good for a Belle-Vue !

Pink-peach colour, fully hazy; just a rim of bubbles. No fruit in the nose whatsoever. Maybe a touch of rhubarb - and some lemon/wood. This tastes nice. Of peaches, maybe. Of soft lactic acid, and of a mild lambic. Just NOTHING of cherries. What’s this supposed to be? Medium bodied, more for a lambic, but not with the filling of fruit. I cannot follow. I’ve had BV kriekenlambic that just exploded with sour cherries. This - this is some educated (exception made for the funkiness, then)ladiesdrink. A good one, but all the same...
