joss (3249), Garching b. München, Germany Mar 26, 2006 Bottle, vintage 1992 - marking the second millenium with a treasure from the Pattyn dungeons - Joris my debt in beer to you has grown into the infinite by now.
Pours a orange amber colour, initially heavily sparkling but quickly setting into a light champagne fizzle.
A whiff reveals a hint of horseblanket, candied orangepeel, mirabelle plums and cherrywood.
A truly elegant acidity, just right to keep the tongue feeling dry but not blocking the fine lime, mirabelle, lemongrass and light wooden/leathery notes.
Sparkly dryness closes everything up leaving you with lime and grape aftertaste that commands you to take another sip.
Wow!
