Commercial Description:
This beer with amber reflexions is brewed by infusion. It is refermented with fresh yeasts that deposit at the bottom of the bottle and give to it its natural sparkling. The 732 is a full round beer that has to be drunk between 8º and 10ºC. You will appreciated the character of this fully handcrafted beer.

Amber coloured beer, nice carbonation, a small white head. Malty aroma. Full palate ending a little bitter. Good one.

Amber coloured beer with some average carbonation and a small white head. Malty aroma, light herby. Full palate, some light sprankling. Finish is bitter, light herby. Lots of taste for only 5,6% alcohol. With yeast poored out, cloudy, more herby taste.

From 75cl bottle, best before 04/07/06. Cloudy amber body with a small white head quickly disapearing. Spicy nose, with hints of bitter orangel peel, cinnamon, coriander and clove. Bready, yeasty in mouth, with a bitter twist. Round and sparkling, quite refreshing. An extremely nice french microbrew.
