750 c&c from Bottle Barn in Santa Rosa, CA. Pours dark gold with a creamy white head. Lots of fruity hop in the aroma. Med body or better. Flavor is something peppery, fruit, yeast/fruitesters, something tropical, gets a little floral perfumey. Moderate malt. Really quite flavorful.

Bottled 330ml from Arkadia. Clear golden color, good cloudy white head, some lace. Metal, some herbal hoppyness and fruity notes. Medium-bodied. Sweetish fruity flavor. Apricot, apple. Spicey, like ginger bitterness. Quite French.

Poured a clear deep golden colour with a three- to four finger white foamy head that retained Ok and laced with spots of clingy suds. Carbonation low with small bubbles. Aroma of sweet malt, musty yeast and spice/cloves. Taste of malt with moderately strong phenolic character coming out as cloves which over-rides any bitterness that may be around. Light to medium body. Clove driven finish reminds me of a wheat beer. OK.

Amber with a fizzy white, disappearing, lacy white head. Smells of forced carbonation, malt, caramel, pine, citrus grapefruit, club soda and flowers. Medium oily body with medium carbonation. Tastes of caramel and toasted malt with a dry grass pine citrus lemon. Sort of feels like its off or has a strange forced carbonation chemical aspect.

From a bottle I picked up, just sort of at random & against my better judgment in East Dubuque.
Pours a nice golden color with a good head and nice lacing on the glass

The aroma is floral and pungent with some nice leafy hop character, some bread dough & some mild citrus.

The flavor has plenty of floral hoppiness, with some nice spicy notes, it’s clean but it does have that sort of saison/biere de garde "rustic-ness". The beer has a nice malt character that strikes a good balance between honey and robust grain.

What a nice beer this is, it really strikes that hoppy on rustic note & it’s well made through and through, I’m really glad I picked this one up.

(75 cl bottle from local supermarket; BBD: March 31st 2013; L833/03/03/13) Pours a clear golden with little, white head that dissipates quickly leaving a surface film and beautiful lace. Aroma is funky with notes of pepper, coriander and pickles. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture and a spicy finish. Flavour follows the nose. Girlfriend says "It’s very perfumy and somewhat green."

750ml bottle pours a mostly clear yellow with some thin, creamy, white head. Right out of the bottle it had a lot of grass to it, after it descended into some candy sweetness, a little hay, some light banana and yeast. Flavor is mostly sweet, honey, a little root veg, some light straw, a little fruit, but a standard Belgian candy sweetness. Mostly clean finish. No where near a blend of an IPA and anything. Straight up bier de garde.
