Klar gyllen med et hvit skum, skummet varte lenge. Aroma av malt, gress, frukt og gjær. Deilig smak av malt, karamell, frukt, appelsin, sitrus og gjær. Medium kropp og en lett fin bitterhet.

Pours gold into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Hay and summer fruit aromas. Soft with caramel and dough upfront turning to mild summer fruit before the lasting bitter earth finish. Overall, I enjoyed it more than the sum of its parts.

Bottle 33cl. Clear deep golden color, good frothy off-white head, good retention and lacing; aroma malty, fruity, bit yeasty, orange peel, lemon, citrus hops, soap; taste moderate sweet, light bitterness, citrus; medium body, oily to creamy texture, lively carbonation; smooth bittersweet finish, citrus lingers on. Lovely fresh beer.

Bottle, 75cl. Shared with a bunch of friends. Pours golden with a medium-big, foamy off-white head that leaves good lacing. Fruity aroma with bread, yeast, wheat, lemons and citrus, dough and hay. Flavour is fruity, sweet and beautiful balanced. Mostly sweet, yeasty flavour with dough along some citrus hops bitterness. Hoppy and floral light after-taste. Rich carbonation, soft, but somewhat creamy texture with a medium body. All around the table liked it. Good stuff.

Bottle at Town Street Tavern, Horsforth. Pours clear gold, thick white head. Aromas of white pepper, yeast, orange. Taste is kinda saison-y, but with a touch more hop bite, Nice enough.

Bottled 07/06/14. A golden coloured beer with a whitish ring of head. A fruity yeasty beer. Nice bretty type flavours. Good depth. Tasty and enjoyable. Stylistically Belgian for me.

This is a fantastically quaffable and quenching beer, it’s seeming over carbonation isn’t apparent, pours great, great head, lacing and everything. Sour/bitterness is well under control and there are citrus lemon things going on to keep it all interesting. I’m really happy with this a a choice of beer. It is however a light beer, and so therefore leaks depth and doesn’t carry to a long finish, but that doesn’t make it a bad beer. I wish I had another. It’s just nice.
