Slightly hazy golden pour with a big white head. Aroma is yeasty with some citrus, and dough. Taste is tropical fruit, band aid, yeast, and bread. Prickly carbonation. Very drinkable.

330ml bottle into tulip. Sweet spice nose, cinnamon and cloves. Amber beer with fluffy white head. Light carbonation. Lightly spritzy mouthfeel. Taste is cleansing hop bitterness. Superb finish, like a supercharged hefeweizen. Cloves, banana, cream, lemon; it lingers like an acid drop. Very good beer indeed.

15-AUG-2015, bottle @home, Birthday present from OTY:-) Slightly hazy golden with lasting, lacing, off-white head. Spice, lemon, very yeasty, malty. Sweet. Quite nice blonde.

Yellow color , with big white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast , spices and flowers . Same notes in rather sweet taste . Typical and very drinkable blond Belgian ale . Well done.

Bottle. Yellow with a small head. Quite a full bodied flavour at first but this soon weakens to be replaced by a slightly flowery more weaker flavour.Left a lot of lacing. Not very impressive.

Iets troebel goudkleurig. Witte kraag. Verrassend bier met zachte fruitige limoen smak en rozenblaadjes. Zachte carbo.

Pours golden with a decent white head that lasts. Aroma of lemon, banana and yeast. It’s smooth, you can taste the Belgian yeast in a banana/orange combo with a hint of biscuit. Not much bitterness.

Given that this beer is ABV 6.5% and is a very large champagne type bottle what’s not to like? So I’ve left it a couple of days to allow sober reflection. A nice drinkable Belgian blonde ale. Didn’t get the "three continents of hops". This is not the knome! However it is the Belgium style yeast that gives the spicey fruity charaxter which I am gaining in appreciation.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 25A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L1067/02/12/14. AROMA: slight sweet malt aroma with a spicy and slightly citric character. APPEARANCE: gold color and translucent. creamy medium white head with average retention and lacing. TASTE: spicy (herbs and som e pepper), slight floral and malty flavour. Medium bitterness with an almost dry finish. PALATE: medium body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: an average belgian ale.
