CAN 50 CL. Classified as Golden Ale, Commercial description says „mix between Biere de Garde and IPA”... hey, it is a Belgian Blonde! Medium intensity aroma, typical for Belgian blonde: blonde fruit, spicy yeast, some warm herbal notes and some spicy hops too. The flavour is similar - a light refreshing Belgian blonde - fruit, light spice from the yeast, just a touch of sweetness, leaving the beer mostly dry, moderate herbal bitter finish with notes of fermented hay. Good.

Bottle, 33cL. Home. Trade with @Jaghana. Merci! A clear golden beer with many thin bubbles ; medium white head ; medium retention. Aroma of cereal, citrus, litchi, (light) floral, resin ; skunky. First medium sweet, then dry bitter refreshing. Good body, oily (nearly nauseating) thin texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. Overall, beautiful, drinkable but too sweet ; light refreshing.

Lidt kønsløs men alligevel dejlig. Blonde er godt.

On tap at O’Connors. Slightly hazy golden with white head. Aroma malty and perfumy with some yeast noted. Taste is malty, perfume, and light yeast. The perfume is lingering and sticky

Bottle. Aroma: grapes, peaches, mango, yeast. Very nice and fresh. Appearance: golden wuith white thick tall head. Taste: very light. A bit watery, but very fresh and drinkable. Beer for hot summer day. A bit grainy, citrusy. Very nice example of a style.
