3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 sebletitje (5536) - Enghien, BELGIUM - JUN 17, 2013
Bouteille 33cl, BB 01/2014, lot# 130122.

Another Nice Belgian Beer. Nice Taste of Black Chocolate and roasted apple. Great combination and Very Fresh. Full, but light at the same time??? How is that possible :)

Bottle (33 cl) from beerplanet.be. Clear chestnut, medium beige head. Sugary, caramelly, slightly vinous and spicy. Medium bodied, medium to high carbonation. Semi dry, low to medium bitterness. Earlier Rating: 9/29/2010 Total Score: 2.7 Bottle (33 cl) from Etre Gourmet. Hazy reddish brown, small beige head. Boring sugary malt aroma, dusty hops, some ash tray notes. Dry with low bitterness. Dull.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 stevoj (975) - Ramstein-Miesenbach, GERMANY - NOV 6, 2012
This version is listed as 6.8% ABV, not 7%ABV as stated here. Aroma of molasses and caramel, but taste is tangy, sweet and sour, bordering on a Dutch oud bruin. Color is of a dark ice tea or cola. Taste still throwing me off, as I can’t tell if it’s supposed to taste this way or slightly off....
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Ktwse (778) - SWEDEN - OCT 31, 2012
Pours dark brown with minimum tan head. Sweet aroma of brown sugar, figs, bretta, earth and hay. Taste is mildly bitter at first before a slight, sour finish that's quite abrupt. Some port and cherry tones. Light body with low carbonation.

Bottled, thanks to the oLd bird for this one. Amber with a splotchy beige head; aroma and flavour both show butterscotch, cinnamon and coriander, hints of menthol toothpaste. Simple and steady
