Martinus (666) - Nijmegen, NETHERLANDS - AUG 23, 2011
Pink beer, pinkish white head, starts fluffy but deminishes fast. Aroma of fresh raspberries. Flavour rather thin, raspberry (less pronounced than the aroma), sweetness and slight astrigency of raspberry. Faint malts. Light body. Based on the Blanche, same qualities: refreshing and inoffensive. Same flaw too: little pronounced flavours to amuse the palate.
(33cl bottle bought @ the brewery. Quite fresh, no label put on yet. BB 1-2012)

Koelschtrinker (6544) - Köln (Cologne), North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - JUN 2, 2011

Bottle 750ml. @ UK-SCO Tasting in Ulfborg.

Unclear light medium red color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate raspberry, soap raspberry, barnyard - kitchen sink - medicine notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average duration, authentic raspberry, watery, thin, late finish is raspberry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20110409]

Bottle at Jan & Charlottes tasting, Ulfborg, Denmark 09.04.11 cheers Jan & Charlotte Pours hazy candy pink. The aroma is a little artificial. There is a stranger plastic fruitiness and this is quite watery & thin. Raspberry is ok, some light carbonation, it’s also got a powdered down paracetamol flavour, not great then! this one was hard to get, I had to get to the brewery twice to get it, nice hazy pink color, medium sweetness, medium bitterness, lightly sour, but you can really taste de "Framboise",medium body, blablablabla no really a good fruit beer

JorisPPattyn (6428) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - APR 5, 2010
Slight gushing to thick pink head over cloudy raspberry-red beer, thick UFO’s. Very faint raspberry aroma, as from rained-on wild raspberries, getting more intense warming up. Light-sourish taste, only very remotely fruity - as to raspberries, could well be. Some fruity sugars. Very spritzy, near fizzy, well-carbonated. Light body, refreshing. Bit demure beer, but fresh and reasonably tasty.
