Bottle from ’Jacks’ Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon, consumed at home Monday 26th May 2014 Pours very, very dark brown in fact more mahogany like, its v.dark, light filmy off-white head atop. Bit cold (my fault), really nutty, chocolatey but smooth. In fact a bit like a chocolate sponge cake. This is also quite soft in mouth, the carbonation is nice. Good A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4 .

Thick foamy beige brownish head. Fresh aromas. Dark black body with strong roast taste. The chestnut incorporates well on a sweet balance despite residual acidity. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
