Theydon_Bois (6994) - The ’Sham, Surrey, ENGLAND - DEC 7, 2013
Bottle from LB Oddbins, shared by myself at Dadsgiving giving the NY/NJ Daddies all the new brewery ticks from London they could hope for in a Hells Kitchen apartment on a Sunday afternoon in late November! Hazed orange amber with a thin off white covering. Nose is spice, fruity jam, caramel, green pepper, straw. Taste comprises straw, mandarin, spice, green peppers, citric tang, light chilli. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finale with a little spice. Ok stuff - would have this as SHV personally.

Bottle at Dadsgiving! Pours a hazed golden amber with a thin white head. Cinnamon and musk on the nose, toast and warm cracker. Spicy, peppercorns and spice. Kind of weird, but tasty enough I guess.

jredmond (5025) - Manhattan, New York, USA - NOV 30, 2013
Bottle shared at Dadsgiving. Pours a light, hazy body with nice white lacing. Aroma is pepper and moss - pretty earthy. Mouthfeel is thin with the flavors coming through much duller than the aroma initially suggests.

Bottle. Pours gold with a thin head. Light and refreshing, with pale malts and lemony citric hops. Good stuff.

Bottle at Dadsgiving thanks to Colin. Pours cloudy orange with white head. Nose and taste of green pepper, lemon, yeast and toasty bread. Lighter bodied.

Idiosynkrasie (3238) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - SEP 20, 2013
500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, head. Somewhat strange aroma, herbal hoppy, green pepper. Taste is dry, herbal hoppy, hints of mixed pickles, especially pickled green and red pepper, a general peppery touch, chillies, elderflower. I’m not sure if everthing’s OK with this.

Cask gravity @ Egham BF XV. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy elderflower aroma. Fruity malty dry hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy hoppy finish.

Niall73 (1054) - Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 31, 2013
bottle bb 23/10/13. Pours a cloudy orange colour with no head - looks pretty lifeless. Aroma is minimal, very light malt, a touch of yeast and some pineapple. Light body, watery with just a touch of carbonation. There’s some grapes, a little green apple, a little elderflower a touch of tropical fruits and a bit of yeast present. But its very thin, and lifeless. Not good.

Gravity @ Wandsworth Common BF 2013, as ’Spring Breaker’. The pour’s gold with a small head. The nose is somewhat earthy. Plenty of manure, barnyard, unwashed herb roots. The taste is elderflower, bell pepper. White bread and honey. Unmistakable elderflower notes. Light body, fine carbonation. Overall, fine.
