On tap at the brewery, pours a medium copper with a slight bit of off-white head, fairly clear. In the nose there are notes of medium sweet caramel, a little citrus and a little bit of mint. Base malt does not come forward and is rather one-dimensional. Flavor is primarily caramel malt and very slightly nutty with a touch of astringency. Flavor profile is relatively clean with the exception of scotch-ale-like esters. It finishes with a bit of a distraction, a hard to define aftertaste although dry. Overall the flavors are a bit muddy.

On tap at brewery. Dark copper. fairly hoppy nose with aromas of bread. Med body with lots of carb. Very hoppy for the style, kinda wanted a bit more malt but its still quite nice.
