On tap at the brewery. Amber pour with a thin off white head and minimal lacing. Smells of bread raisins caramel and some toffee. Thick mouth feel. Just a malty bastard. Hops are barely detectable but do the bittering balance perfectly. Long slow malt finish. Beauty!

Cask at the Washington Cask Beer Festival ’13. Clear brown with a large yellowish head. Aroma is apple, dates, caramel. Creamy mouthfeel, slightly sticky on the palate with a sickly sweet aftertaste. Flavours are caramel, butterscotch, toffee apple.

Dark amber in color, clear with a thin head. Super rich and thick malt flavor. Nice hops backing made for a very tasty scotch ale. Great job Tony.

Lots of toast caramel brown bread a light roast and residual sugar. Pours copper nice creamy head. Flavors of sweet toasted brown bread roast and fruity residual sugar. Sweet toasty finish. Medium full mouthfeel smooth carbonation.
