Can. A dense, white head of finger-thick size sits patiently on top of a clear golden body. Some lacings are left. Fruity nose with a touch of alcohol. Sweet pale malts and a grassy hints. Medium body, well, maybe on the thin side. Low on carbonation, making it feel dead and flat. The flavor is of the unimpressive kind, Fruityness, alcohol, pale malts and grass in the flavor. Short finish. Well, even though I don’t have a big interest in Bellman, I think he deserves a better beer than this one. Like the one Brewpub Copenhagen did or something similar. 110304

50cl can from Systembolaget. Poured clear golden with a small white head. almost no lacing to talk about. Bready, malty aroma. Sweet malty flavor, alco burn. Malt liqueur, odd flavor in finish, skunky.

MPA (922) - Amager (form. Nørrebro&Aalborg), DENMARK - JUL 14, 2010
Can. Golden, huge white head. Aroma is typical lager-ish with straw and grain along with a slight hint of citrus fruit. Flavour has a nice balance between sweet and bitter along with some salt. Notes of salty bread sticks/pretzels can be found finished with a grapy bitterness. A bit alcohol as well which doesn’t suit this beer being only 6%. Overall a nice beer though.

500ml can, bought at Systembolaget in Kiruna. Plain golden body under a filmy layer. Sweet aroma with discreet notes of caramel malts. Bland toasted malts in flavour along with vegetables. Noticeable alcohol. Foamy in the mouth. Rather simple. Extra score for two verses on the can of Fredmans Epistel Nr.6, which actually was the best part of this one (shared at a rating session, Tromsø 13.04.2010).

500ml can (Systembolaget, Stockholm) "Tikholma2009" Another bland pissy lager. Bland, slightly plasticky artificial aroma. Taste on the maltier side of bland, some chemical plasticky and almost spicy vapours up the nose. Taste is a touch unpleasant. Finish is metallic hops, tongue throbs a bit afterwards, and a touch of milky malts.

(can, 50cl) A golden lager with white foam that went away fast. Its a bit sour with an ’edgy’ aroma. The taste is matly sweet with some alcohol and not much more. Its a real mouthful and has a decent bitter aftertaste.

Can. Pours a clear golden color with a small fast disappearing white head. Has a malty bready and grainy aroma. Sweetish malty slightly alcoholic flavor with some bready hints. Has a sweetish bready finish.
