Golden, somewhat hazy, nice head fades to film. Funky, oaky, mustiness up front. Dry apple background. Sweet crisp apples in flavor, oak and mustiness comes through in backend. Light sweetness in the finish, well attenuated though. Smooth mouthfeel, too smooth, needs a bit more carbonation. Well done though.

Shared by Skyview. Thanks Bob. Apple aroma. Apple flavor with some yeast. A little sweet, but not too much sugar as far as sweet ciders go. I like to taste the yeast in a cider and this one has it.

Sampled from 750ml bottle and shared by Akevitt. Pours a hazy golden cider with plenty of chunky particles at the bottom of the bottle. Aroma of typical apple cider, some honey and a touch of vanilla . Taste is slightly metallic, apples, some vanilla and a touch of bitter apple core. Finish is slightly tart and metallic with a light acidic apple aftertaste with some cinnamon character.

[Bottle] Pours a clear gold with a medium whitish head. Aroma is a balance of tart and sweet apples and a touch of vanilla. Flavor follows, with absolutely no alcohol present. Medium mouthfeel and just a little too sweet.

The aroma is a little strange. It is metallic with apples and a basement small. The appearance is pale gold with some very small particles in suspension. There is a head which is unusual for a cider but not a bad thing. The flavor is wonderful. Itís simple with just sweet apples and a touch of yeastiness without the near 8% alcohol taste I was expecting. The palate is light but not too thin. Overall itís a quality cider.

Golden, slightly cloudy body with a big-bubbled white lacing. The aroma is filled with apples - it is sour, musty and with hints of honey. It is a delicate and fresh aroma. The flavor is highly musty, with somewhat of an artificial quality to ti, but it is not too distracting at all. The finish is tart and juicy-sweet.

750 bottle from santa - cloudy, yet sparkling, champagne-like body, with smallish, fizzy head - semi-tart aroma of overripe apples, skins, cores and all (I can almost smell the over-sweet brown spots on them) - the flavor is very much like eating a fresh apple - light acidity at first, followed by medium sweet, earthy apple flavor (duh), followed again by a nearly mouth-puckering tartness - the finish has some lingering acidity, apple skins and seeds - I like my ciders a bit on the dry side, and this one is more for the sweet cider lover, but I still think itís quite nice.

This corked and caged bottled cider from a bottle shop was marked BLS 51761poured a medium sized head of foamy white colored bubbles that was quickly diminishing and left behind a transparent strongly carbonated orange colored body. The crisp and clean mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish apple aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of red apples sweet and tart. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again. This is an excellent cider with a very nice tartness to it. The aroma was its weakest point.

750 mL bottle. Pours a hazy, golden yellow with sparkling carbonation enough to keep a thin white head on top for quite some time. The aroma is sweet and apple-y, with a few spicy notes (cinnamon?)... it actually smells a little bit like an apple pie. The flavor is sweet apple with a decent amount of acidity, which it needs to balance all that sweetness. There are also some very subdued floral and even more tame spice tones. The finish is quite smooth and fades quickly, leaving little to no aftertaste. Actually rather refreshing.
