Jul 26, 2008 Shared by Skyview. Thanks Bob. Apple aroma. Apple flavor with some yeast. A little sweet, but not too much sugar as far as sweet ciders go. I like to taste the yeast in a cider and this one has it.

Jul 23, 2008 Sampled from 750ml bottle and shared by Akevitt. Pours a hazy golden cider with plenty of chunky particles at the bottom of the bottle. Aroma of typical apple cider, some honey and a touch of vanilla . Taste is slightly metallic, apples, some vanilla and a touch of bitter apple core. Finish is slightly tart and metallic with a light acidic apple aftertaste with some cinnamon character.

Jul 14, 2008 [Bottle] Pours a clear gold with a medium whitish head. Aroma is a balance of tart and sweet apples and a touch of vanilla. Flavor follows, with absolutely no alcohol present. Medium mouthfeel and just a little too sweet.

Jan 23, 2007 Like having Motts apple juice with a kick. I dont feel any Alcohol content when I’m sipping this. still its taste of crisp apples and tart flavor make this a welcome change to all the beers.

Jan 23, 2007 The aroma is a little strange. It is metallic with apples and a basement small. The appearance is pale gold with some very small particles in suspension. There is a head which is unusual for a cider but not a bad thing. The flavor is wonderful. It’s simple with just sweet apples and a touch of yeastiness without the near 8% alcohol taste I was expecting. The palate is light but not too thin. Overall it’s a quality cider.
