3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Corked and caged 750ml. bottle. Small white head that was very, very fizzy and fully dissipated, transparent, carbonation, and a pale yellow hue. Sweet, apples and sour nose. Flavor was sweet, apples, semi-dry tasting, the ABV well masked. Mouthfeel was tingly and semi-dry. Light body.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sweet flavor, with little alcohol taste. Of all the ciders I have had, this one is the best.

3.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 20/20
Great stuff. Really sweet, and the alcohol’s totally hidden. Like totally! You’d serve this to a 10-year-old thinking it was apple juice. But on the down side, there’s little complexity to be found here. Mr. Bellot has crafted a lovely sweet delight that’s a bit tangy and tart at times, and has shades of dryness. Very enjoyable, though too sweet for some (not me, though). 750ml bottle (black label reading "Bellot Cider").
