joss (3108), Garching b. München, Germany Feb 3, 2007 Bottle. Soapy, ashen mineral aroma. Golden, fine bubbles. Apple, light fermented, annoying ashen notes. Lightbodied, sparkly mouthfeel. Neutral finish. Mungo (2474), Southampton, Hampshire, England Sep 29, 2006 Champage style bottle - Cidre Grande Cuvee de la Foret d’othe @ 4%. Sweet spicy apple juice aromas. Has the full rounded creamy body of french cider. On the dryish side (for a Frech cider) but with a respectable amount of residual sweetness and the odd hint of acidity. A pleasant alternative to apple juice if a bit too much fizz. dortmunder (961), Herdecke, Germany Jul 31, 2005 Bottled. 0.75l. Normal cider colour and a bit of a head at first. "Apfelmosty" aroma. Tastes appley, medium sweet, almost no tartness, but has a big drying effect on the tongue, and ends also quite dry. I liked it pretty much.
