Draft to taster at Eccentric Cafe. Looks solid; dark burnt-orange with sticky white lacing. Smells solid too; hops and spice. Tastes good; nice citrus hops. Good on the palate too. This is good beer!

Tap at Eccentric. Body is gold with a small head and citrus and tropical fruit aromas with no heat detectable in the nose. Didnít see that coming. First sip reveals a nice APA type presence and Iím confused. Whereís the heat? Then it starts to kick in late palate and itís a nice slow burn. Very yummy and a really nice new offering.

Orange slightly brown pour. Thin white head that quickly dissipates. Aromas of orange and lemon citrus and a hint of hops. Tingles the nose. Thick body that tingles your mouth. Toasty hops flavor, and a bit of crisp citrus. Finishes with more citrus, flavors of the malt, and spice. You feel the heat right after swallowing. Really great beer, really unique and pretty drinkable.

On tap 7/21/12 at Bells. Homebrew competition Geoff Groffs creation . Pale Ale brewed with Habaneros. Light citrusy aroma with a little bit of malt in the nose. Taste is similar with a slightly hot finish. I had hoped the heat would be more prevalent but itís still a pretty well done concoction. Fairly creamy yet crisp finish. Some lemons and oranges show through with a decent malt flavor.
