COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made from mostly pale malt and some Munich and caramel malts. These add a little sweetness, which is balanced by more hops. The result is a rich color and fruity flavor.

While the beer had nice malty flavors when I first sipped it, I continually felt that it was lacking the oompf that would make this beer memorable.

Amber/copper pour with nice lasting head which left thick lacing. Hop aromas (grapefruit). Medium body, good carbonation and some creaminess rounds it out. Toasted flavors, molasses, balanced hops and malts, mild bitterness on the finish. Very enjoyable amber. Easy drinking with some complexity.Bottle from AirForceHops.

12oz bottle. Aroma of malts and some slight hops. Flavor of malts, sort of metallic. A little hops. A decent beer, but not really that great.

dark rich malts in the aroma. start is very sweet and full followed by an offset of the slightest bit of hoppy spice that is there but never quite breaks through the taste. Warm rich aftertaste. A very drinkable beer. Cheers!

Aroma has hints of caramel. Pours a beautiful cloudy amber with a foamy white head. Taste is smooth with hints of malt and hops. Has a medium body on the palate. Very smooth amber, pleasure to drink; however, doesn’t really stick out from other ambers.

A: Amber with a nice head and plenty of lacing. S: Sweet amber malts with a tiny bit of hop presence. T: Slightly buttery amber malt base. Very creamy. M: Like the taste, excellent creaminess to this one. Most of the ambers I have had fall well into the category of thin or creamy, and this is definitely of the latter category. Utterly brilliant. D: Excellent year-round offering from Bell’s--for the most part, Larry and the crew can simply do no wrong.

Bottle - Pours a rosy amber with a foamy off-white head. Smells caramelly, with some candi sugar, a touch of alcohol, and some dark fruit. Taste is bready, with some grassy hops and a touch of caramel. Finishes with a bit of alcohol, some metal, and a touch of yeast. Smells good, but the taste really leaves you feeling flat.
