COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made from mostly pale malt and some Munich and caramel malts. These add a little sweetness, which is balanced by more hops. The result is a rich color and fruity flavor.

Bottle split with Tony and Pat. Pours a beautiful dark, hazy amber body. Aroma is slight skunk and malts. The mouthfeel is thin with notes of malt. Seemed sort of overrated, but still solid considering the style

355ml bottle from Target. Not the best amber ale in the US, but drinkable none the less.

Poured from 12 oz bottle, one of the supreme Amber Ale’s out there...probably the best I’ve had. Pours a rich copper with a thin frothy head. Aroma is of roasted caramel malt. Taste is bitter for an Amber, malts are equally balanced with hops. I had this at a BYO Mexican restaurant and it went very well with my meal.

Hazy deep amber with frothy tan head and lots of lacing. Malt and floral aromas in harmony with a hint of fruit. Taste falls a bit more on the bitter side. Medium-bodied. A nice amber ale, though not among my favorite.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm) Amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with notes of caramel, dried fruit and orange peel. Fruity, malty taste with dried fruit, orange, caramel and a balanced bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with some sweetness. Lacking something extra, but well balanced and tasty.

From "City Cellars" in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, after viewing Oscar Wilde’s "An Ideal Husband" play performed - this is a mighty tastey amber ale with a full body and a malty richness! This brew is good!

Pours a medium amber with a pillow of white head. Aroma is malts, citrus and plum. Taste is sweet and rich with a creamy mouthfeel. Very drinkable.
