COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made from mostly pale malt and some Munich and caramel malts. These add a little sweetness, which is balanced by more hops. The result is a rich color and fruity flavor.

12 oz bottle served in a tulip. Pour is a caramel amber with an inch of off-white head. Nose is caramel, and malt. Taste is also caramel and malt with slightly bitter hop finish. Not a bad brew, definitely very sessionable/drinkable, but nothing to really go out of the way for either.

Draught @ World of Beer, Tampa, FL: Pours a pumpkin colour, reasonable white head that clings tightly to the glass. Aroma is quite muted, not much to garner but some sweet malting. The flavour is heavy on those caramel malts, quite sweet, with some light floral hops chasing it. A reasonable amber.

Copper with a small beige head, nice lacing. Smells and tastes very malty, also pretty sweet and has a light bitter finish. Good Amber overall.

Excellent medium bodied amber ale with mild hops and moderate sweetness. Does not really have a hoppy taste.

Pours amber with a tall lingering head. Good aroma. Medium nectar with slightly creamy effers. Malty with distinct hop bittering that gives it a fresh taste.

My Bottom Line:
Caramelized malts galore make up most of this Amber Ale’s flavour profile, for a well executed but infinitely linear recipe.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the hazy, dull amber.
-There are so many caramel malt flavours here, the flavour profile becomes reminiscent of a diluted barley wine.
-Light fruitiness comes from the malts.
-Citrusy hops are really not important; this is not really balanced.
-The finish is storyless; just more of the same.

Bottle.
