COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made from mostly pale malt and some Munich and caramel malts. These add a little sweetness, which is balanced by more hops. The result is a rich color and fruity flavor.

Tried at a tasting at Wine World in NA. Not bad but nothing outstanding. Not one I purchased later.

(bottle) amber colour; slightly cloudy; medium head; faint earthy and bready aroma, developing more caramely and fruity with time; malty, earthy flavours, mild bitter finish; well balanced sweet and bitter notes.

Orange-amber color with some head and good lacing. Clear, dry hops evident in smell and taste. Honey and a decent toasted malt presence. Prefer other ambers, but certainly don’t regret this one.

Golden brown with a thin white head. Caramel malt aroma accompanied by some floral earthy hop smells. Medium bodied, crystal malts followed by some grassy, herbal hops. Some bread and biscuit like flavors fade into a mild hoppy bitterness. Drinkable and pretty much spot on for the style.

Pint glass, from bottle, about 40deg F. Pours translucent cloudy amber with little head. A low level of carbonation and a very rich creamy texture that lingers on the palate. Strong taste of cane sugar, caramel, malt, and finishes with a mild hoppy bitterness. After the beer warmed up a but there was a very nice shot of orange and citrus that was unexpected. This beer is quite good. It could use a little more bitterness to balance the sugars and more carbonation to enhance the finish. Regardless, it is a tasty brew that I will have again.

Bottle- Pale amber color with some white head. Not much in aroma or flavor for this one. Grassy and some citrus with light caramel malts- maybe not fresh but bland and average.

bottle, batch 9161. pours a brilliant amber/copper color with a nice quarter inch creamy white head which lasts throughout. the aroma starts off very bland, but once the beer warms a bit of bread, caramel and some orange cream come forward... medium body with an awesome creamy velvet like feel... this is one of the best textured beers I’ve had in a long time... sweet malts, light caramel and some light bitterness round it out. great session beer for sure.
