COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made from mostly pale malt and some Munich and caramel malts. These add a little sweetness, which is balanced by more hops. The result is a rich color and fruity flavor.

Hazy amber appearance with a malty aroma. The flavor is malty with a bit of a spicy kick to it.

Tasting at Bell’s Fest in OH. Poured an amber color as it should. My interest faded after that, perhaps this was an infected brew by the time I got to it, but the aroma was skunky with a sweeter flavor to match. Had the same metal aftertaste as their Third Coast Beer. Not too pleased with this one.

Bottle. Poured a slightly hazy amber color with a decent sized beige head. Malty aroma with a hint of hops. Good, balanced flavor between the caramel malts and hop bitterness. Decent amber.

Pours a cloudy copper color with a white head. Aroma sweet malts with a slight hint of hops. Flavor is very smooth and simple and is of malts with some hops. Pretty good beer.

Curiously enticing strong aroma of mushroomy yeast laced with metallic cherries. Cloudy copper, thin white head, many floaties. Orange peel flavor. No complexity, but quite enjoyable when in the mood for something simple. No shortage of hops for an amber.

On firkin tonight at Old Chicago. Hazy amber pour, medium carbonation and a slightly hoppy and malt aroma. Flavor was tons of malt, cream and some nuttiness. Decent.

Amber color....duh. Balanced brew, but a bit blah. The flavor is sweet with a hint of hops. Aroma is a little spicy. Medium body. Worth a drink, but I wish I’d bought one bottle instead of six.
