COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made from mostly pale malt and some Munich and caramel malts. These add a little sweetness, which is balanced by more hops. The result is a rich color and fruity flavor.

Part of the mixed case from Shangy’s in PA. Good smelling brew with a hefty caramel flavor and a short afterfinish. Another solid one from Bells.

Pours a hazy orange-copper with a thin off white head. Aroma is toasted malt, some caramel. Pretty light on the aroma. Flavour is nice rich toasted malt, biscuity tones. Sweet middle, light chalky bitter finish though not unpleasant.

On draft at a little dump of a bar in Chicago. Amber and caramel color, with frothy white head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, a little hops, and some light fruit (apples?). Taste of sweet malt and again the apples, a bit cider-ish. Light/medium body and quenching, with good carbonation. Pretty good!
