Made from mostly pale malt and some Munich and caramel malts. These add a little sweetness, which is balanced by more hops. The result is a rich color and fruity flavor.

Very nice color which is copper looking. The beer has a excellent taste but not overpowering. Very good beer.

Nice color, smooth taste. Just what I expected from Bell’s. Will definitely buy again.

Bottle. Pours a darker orange with a thin head. Not much off the aroma, but the taste is a smooth crisp and refreshing malt. Will try again.

First tasted a number of years ago on a Business trip to Kalamazoo. Easy drinker with great color. Finish leaves you wanting more but it is a genuine amber. Had on tap in my shop in Wake Forest.

poured into a pilsner glass (i like to stuff my nose in there), out of a 12oz bottle. aroma was of yeast and citrus, not very strong. came out with a decent 1 finger head with great retention and medium lacing. i picked up mostly citrus and an underbelly of malt. mouthfeel was average, carbonation was kind of heavy, but otherwise it was enjoyable. the finish was unexpected, built strong but then fell flat. regardless i’d drink another one, a decent brew.

Excellent medium bodied amber ale with mild hops and moderate sweetness. Does not really have a hoppy taste.

Light caramel and cereal malt aroma, amber/copper color, minimal white head, light sweetness, lightly bitter, light citrus flavor, medium body, thin feel, lively carbonation, long finish. Good offering, I prefer a little more hops but for an Amber this has a decent amount.

Clear copper color with full white head. Slightly sweet, fruity aromas and taste. Mild hops. I can see myself keeping this one in the fridge for macro drinkers, or more sophisticated tasters alike. Good, but accessible.

This is the best amber ale I have had! The beer has a creamy head and taste, with a bit of a malty finish. Great everyday beer.

Very brown and caramel flavor. Full and bodied with the burnt caramel and coffee undertones. Smells of coffee and herbal hop notes. These undertones make it great on its own as well as paired with food. One of my favorite beers to drink on its own.
