Made from mostly pale malt and some Munich and caramel malts. These add a little sweetness, which is balanced by more hops. The result is a rich color and fruity flavor.

Appearance is a clear amber/light brown with a slightly off white foam cap. Aroma is toasted, roasty caramel malt with no noticeable hops. Taste is sweet caramel malt that gives way to toasted notes and a crisp hop bite to balance it out with a slight citrus flavor. Mouthfeel is medium with normal carbonation. Finish is well balanced with a slight drying character. Overall a well made American amber

Dark Amber color of toffee. Decent head. Not much aroma. Bitter, nutty, malt, biscuit. Does not really come together though. Average. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Slightly hazy amberish copper with a thin foamy white cap. Nutty Amber malts and a bit of sweet toasted English muffin. Crisp, smooth, mellow and semisweet flavor full of toasted English muffin, a hint of caramel and cereal grains, crystal and Amber malt and a wee pop of noble grassy hop flavor and bitterness. Really smooth and tasty.

Bell’s in Colorado!!! Gotta love that. Against other ambers this would be one of my favorites, that being said still not an amazing beer or style. Smells like light biscuit and orange, hint of toffee. Flavor is good with nice bittering orange peel hops to clean it up. Mouthfeel is medium with medium high carbonation.

Pours clear copper color with a small head. Resin and caramel on the nose, citric fruits and pine. Flavor is slightly malty, some orange and resin notes, some faint pineapple. A bit boring.

Amber with a lite tan head. Lots of tiny bubbles and peppered with malts when held up to light. Slight bitter malty aroma. Smooth malty flavor. Nice!

Distinctly fruity aroma - orange, spice and a touch of caramel. Definately dominated by the malts; hops add just a mild bitter backbone. Spice and fruit reminds me just slightly of a German wheat beer. Color is amber (duh...) with a small off-white head. Taste is slightly sweet; bitterness is fairly light. Medium to a bit light body; texture is creame/slick; carbonation about average. Finish sweet, fruity, spicy and ending with a bit of bitterness. Overall I liked this beer more than I expected to. The fruit and spice was unexpected and distinguishes it from your average amber ale.
