3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a hazy copper with a fair amount of sediment. Thick creamy head with small bubbles that last. Aroma is light caramel with some biscuit/bready notes. Medium light body. Med carbonation. Flavor is primarily light caramel with a fair amount of residual sweetness. Hops balance, but play second fiddle to the caramel. Overall, a good session beer, but I expected something a little more impressive from Bell’s.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Really beautiful hazy mahogany/copper orange. Biscuity and toffeey on the nose, follow by some zesty, lemon and grassy hops. Taste that biscuity malt with a good dose of hops that finishes clipped and clean

On tap at Brewvine, Long Island. Pours caramel color, off white creamy head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt, very mild hop character. Flavor is hoppier than the Aroma would suggest, still a lot of caramel malt sweetness. Bitter finish.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
A little hoppy for an amber. More of an IPA. Not a lot of malt. Drinkable, but not great.
