Commercial Description:
Batch 8000 is part of our commemorative series celebrating our progress with special brews. Our Batch 8000 is a special recipe to be brewed only once. It is a wheat ale spiced with Coriander, Orange Peel, and Paradise Seed. Best consumed fresh.
Editor’s Note. 9% is far above the abv range of a Belgian Wit Bier. Because we do not have the style "Imperial/Double Belgian Wit", this more closely fits as a Belgian Strong Ale.

Bottle@Dr.Bills. Clear yellow pour with no head. Light leather taste, but not much else. Perhaps it needs some time?

Big thanks to MuenchenerKindl for this one Bottle poured into a pint glass produced a fingers worth of head that dissipates quickly to a minimum amount of lace on top of a hazy tangerine body with some little yeast particles floating in it You get that typical Belgian yeast aroma followed by candy sugar and citrus very malt, candy sweet forward then you get that citrus bitter follow-up although as it warms the sweetness tended to subside .It become’s much more balanced and spice’s come forward mouthfeel is full and not much carbonation if at all on the tongue I like this one. It’s a great take on a Belgian, very drinkable, most defiantly worth the try, and to buy again

Pours a hazy wheat orange with lots of sediment that sits suspended in the glass. Makes you think its going to be thick. Has a thick white head to go with it. Should I garnish with an orange? Naaaah. Aroma is orange, wheat, coriander, and yeasty. Taste is pleasant citrus and wheat. Nice medium body. Finishes a little spicy. Very nice.

Bottle: Pours a hazy bronze/orange color with a nice puffy white head. The aroma is very strong with belgian esters, lots of orange and coriander, yeast and light pilsnery malt. The flavor is tart, zesty and acidic, but has a sweetness and carbonation level unlike a belgian, so it actually balances out quite well. Some darker malt flavors like fig and bread come through, but it’s mostly fruit and spice. Light sweet citrusy tail with heavy alcohol and a smooth soft tail. Good! Thanks Jake.

Imperial wit? The thought makes me think of a tripel, but more estery and a ton more spicy. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Big spicy nose, yeast, orange peel, and corriander. Doughy and sweet on the palate, but not that over the top candy and perfumy sweetness that some wits get, more well rounded. Alcohol is apparent, but well hidden considering a % wit, which hits tripel abv.

A hazed ornag epour with an off white head. Corriander dominates the nose with light spice as well. A flavor that reminds me of orange peels soaked in alcohol. A light breadiness as well. A hint of a twangy bitter. Solid palate and mouthfeel that is almost creamy. A very solid beer that I enjoyed. I would not be surprised if it had arrived with a cork and wire.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a hazy yellow-orange colored body and a fair lacing. The aroma was hoppy floral and coriander. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of hops dough wheat coriander and floral. A decent one that I would consider buying again.
