Commercial Description:
Batch 8000 is part of our commemorative series celebrating our progress with special brews. Our Batch 8000 is a special recipe to be brewed only once. It is a wheat ale spiced with Coriander, Orange Peel, and Paradise Seed. Best consumed fresh.
Editor's Note. 9% is far above the abv range of a Belgian Wit Bier. Because we do not have the style "Imperial/Double Belgian Wit", this more closely fits as a Belgian Strong Ale.

Poured a hazy orange color with a white head. Aroma was spice and coriander. Flavor had some orange, spice and a little sweet. The alcohol is not in the fore front, but this certainly packs a kick. Very nice!

Bottle 355ml.
Clear with small size particles, a medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, orange shell, moderate yeasty, honey, coriander. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [260908]

Tulip glass from bottle. Murky pour with a small, pale white head. Tangy orange aroma with coriander and tangerine. Bitey orange flavor with cinnamon on the tongue. Boozy and warm with a bubbly foam palate.

Orangey yellow pour with notes of bread oranges and coriander and some maltiness as well.. Cracked my next to last bottle and am still not impressed. hopefully Batch 9000 is better.

Acquired bottle via trade with Styles. Pours a hazy orange color with a pillowy off-white head. Steady carbonation and mild sediment. Smells of coriander and orange peel. Tastes of both with added notes of flour, banana, and faint caramel. Maltier than expected for a wheat beer. Interesting, but wears as it warms.
