2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 minch25 (550) - Medford, Massachusetts, USA - JUN 16, 2010
This was supposed to be a pilsner? It is okay as a pale lager, comparable to say Heineken, maybe a step up. Very sub par if considered as a pilsner. Did someone say Saaz? I did not notice any Saaz. Or hops for that matter.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 flatmatt (736) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - JUN 14, 2010
12 oz bottle. Pours bright gold with a small white head. Pale malt aroma, maybe a hint of some hops. Flavor is pretty similar, pale malts with slight spicy/citrus hop hints. Good for what it is, but nothing to get excited about.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 bubbleflubber (1203) - Asheville, North Carolina, USA - JUN 12, 2010
Bland yellow pour with an initial large fizzy head that diminishes to virtually no bubbles. The nose is of grassy vegetation and plant life. Flavors have a touch of lemon, some dry malts, grass and a decent amount of Saaz hops in the finish. The mouthfeel is boring, with soft carbonation and a little thin on the palate. Decent summer brew for hot weather, yes, but not anything special. I expected a little more from Bell’s.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 BigBang (286) - Indiana, USA - MAY 14, 2010
From bottle. Pours thin with virtually no head. Very light and crisp, yet not very flavorful. I could this being palatable on a hot summer day but would not reach for it otherwise.
