12oz bottle-pours a thin retaining creamy white head and yellow color. Aroma is sweet grain/malt, funky, grass. Taste is right in line with aroma and caramel, light spicy-(halletaur and saaz?) hops. [Alright, their description only says Saaz] Light medium body. Good sessionable beer. OK carbonation.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 hopscotch (7285) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - AUG 13, 2010
Draft… RBSG 2010… Clear yellow lager with a small, creamy, white head. Apparently, my sniffer isn’t smelling much on this night at HopCat, but I am able to barely pull some peppery hops and pale malt mash from my glass. Light-bodied and coarse with jazzy carbonation. The flavor leans toward the bitter side of balance. Not a lot to it – pale and pilsner malts and Czech hops and not much else. Crisp, refreshing, mildly bitter finish. Not up to snuff, even for a style I don’t tend to find very appealing.

Bottle as "Lager of the Lakes" from Vintage Cellar. Brassy gold color with a slight white head. Aroma is rather bready, and I don’t get hop. Thin to medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is bitter over some light pale malt. Somewhat grassy bitter with a little spice in the end. Good lager.

Draft at brewpub Cafe. Poured clear amber with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet malt and sour citrus aroma. Medium body with lively carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable beer.
