COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A smooth, toasty brown ale, Best Brown Ale is a mainstay in our fall & winter lineup. With hints of caramel and cocoa, the malt body has the depth to stand up to cool weather, but does not come across as heavy. This balancing act is aided by the generous use of American hops.

You really get a hint of nuttiness off this one, as well as that tinge of sweet. Pours with a good amount of head, this is an easy drink, though not one of Bell’s best.

Pours an orange brown color with a small wispy head. Aroma is malty and fruity and pleasant. Taste is nutty and flavorful with a nice roasted malt taste. Can taste a hint of sweet chocolate. Drinks easy since it is on the light side. Slightly bitter finish, NICE brown ale, of course from a top brewer. It rung my bell. Quaff Score Brown Ale ( drinkability with heart enjoyment ) 9 /10
