Always been a favorite brown ale of mine. Aromas and taste of chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla extract, roasted and delicious malts and grains. Balanced and sessionable. Great.

Nice drinkable brown ale. Brown color with a touch of rust. It has a nice light mouthfeel. Tasted mostly malty with some burnt-sugar sweetness.

You really get a hint of nuttiness off this one, as well as that tinge of sweet. Pours with a good amount of head, this is an easy drink, though not one of Bell’s best.

Pours an orange brown color with a small wispy head. Aroma is malty and fruity and pleasant. Taste is nutty and flavorful with a nice roasted malt taste.Can taste a hint of sweet chocolate. Drinks easy since it is on the light side. Slightly bitter finish, NICE brown ale, of course from a top brewer. It rung my bell. Quaff Score Brown Ale ( drinkability with heart enjoyment ) 9 /10
