Bottle @ Papsø. Thanks Kim. Pours black with a small bubbly brown head. Nose is deep and vinous. Extremely complex. Hard roast, oak, vanilla, coffee and chocolate. Low carbonation. Very smooth and full bodied. Taste is sweet and roasted. Quite rough with a lot of oakyness, alcohol and some hops in the end.

Black color. Impressive aroma, with chocolate, Bourbon vanilla, cookies, roasted malt. Strong body, the mouthfeel is quite oily; strong chocolate flavor, sweet, with light vanilla and evident roasted malts too; the final actually has more roasted malts, which I don’t like too much. Strong bitterness. An excellent beer anyway, well balanced.
