On draft at Bells. The pour is a lighter gold with a hint of orange and no head or lace to be found. The aroma is tart. Light citrus and a strong funk are about all thatís there. Itís light for sure. There isnít much of anything happening. The flavor is light as well. Thereís a lot more lacto funk happening and itís just decent. I like that itís a little more tart than the nose, but thereís just nothing happening. The mouth feel is thinner and light with a hardly there carbonation and a disappointingly plain finish. Ugh. Bells, you disappoint me.

Sampler Flight pour on tap at Eccentric Cafe (Kalamazoo, MI). Pours a hazy golden yellow hue, a bit dulled into the middle with frothy brighter white head atop stays as a sturdy ring, mellow lacing and stick around. Aromas are lactic and dry, a gentle funkiness hits with notes of lemon, yogurt, fresh cut straw and flaked wheat. Dryness, with some growing lemony sourness is quite enjoyable. Pleasing tart lactic delight is firm and alluring. Initial is lighter end of the fold, some mellow sourness hits up front, lemony and a bit earthy with some fuzziness. Mellow carbonation, bready malts and gentle funk. Cleaner and light, the sourness is a bit lacking overall but this is pretty crushable. A touch metallic, some yogurty elements but more dryness, earthiness into the backend shows funk and lingering sourness. Grainy and earthy dryness with bready malts. Smaller body, fuzziness with a touch of spritz up front tapers off to that funky, mellow yogurty backend. Dry, clean, a bit bready with just a bit of Granny Smith apple tartness hanging on into finish. A pleasant nose, a serviceable beer that seems a bit lacking in potency but is quite drinkable.

Draft to 12 oz ale glass at Eccentric Cafe. Looks good for the style; a very slightly cloudy gold with white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells solid; doughy with a bit of brett and tartness. Tastes like it smells with what seems to a bit of citrus too. More bready than doughy to the taste. Pleasant on the palate. Impressive!
