A good brew to start off autumn beer season with. Pours amber brown with a decent beige head. The nose is malty as is the flavor with the support of caramel and molasses. Another interesting beer from Bells, give it a go.

I saw this at a liquor store once and I thought I needed to get it because Iíve never seen it before, but we went to the store for something else do I didnít get it. Since then, Iíve been regretting not getting it and have been trying to go back to that store, but the problem is that itís far away. Then I find myself at bells brewery and they have it on tap so I have to get it. It is a very nice dark amber red color. It smells and tastes like caramel malts. Thatís all I really tastes and itís a pretty good beer. Iím not sure if is buy a six pack but I could see myself getting this at a bar again.

Had on tap at Bells Eccentric Cafť. Pours an amber brown color with no real head. Aroma is similar to that of a brown ale malts mostly maybe a hint of brown sugar. Flavor is sweet malts and sweet sugar mostly with a hint of maybe caramel either A LOT of booziness. This tastes like the 8% it is. Overall it is a great beer not my favorite but it holds its own against a lot of other brewers best.

Bottle from JStax! Pours deep amber with a slight off-white head. Aroma is fresh and fruity stone fruits, lightly juicy juice. Drinks like a fruity, malty dream. Lightly sweet, bit of a bite, smooth mouthfeel. No hint of booze. Could lift this all day.
