3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a reddish brown with a very thin tan head that is gone in the blink of an eye. Aroma is sweet. Honestly it’s a pretty mild aroma. Hard to pick up any subtleties in it. Flavor is much more bold. Molasses, brown sugar, coke, french toast. Very sweet beer. Little to no bitterness. Palate is pleasant. Smooth and well carbonated. Overall this beer would be well suited to drink as a dessert after dinner. Too sweet and flavorful to session. Not to mention that is does pack a little bit of a punch at 8%

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a reddish clean clear color with slight head that dissipates quickly, can tell the carbonation is lively however. Aroma is sweet, weak plum, rich apricot, heavy molasses, caramel, and brown sugar. Taste is very balanced and heavy malt. Notes of caramel, bready, and a very light bitter on the end balances very well. Great typical doppelbock.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Flaska fråm Mikkellers webshop. En riktigt rejäl maltbomb till vetebock med den där lätta maltsyrligheten som hör till. Russin, rågbröd, lite bärig och aningen kryddig. Riktigt trevlig.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a deep rich reddish brown with a thin off white ring. Light carbonation and some lacing. Some lightly sweet malts but the aroma isn’t very strong. Medium body. Fairly smooth texture with a light malty flavor. Pretty simple and not very remarkable. Not bad but somewhat plain and lacking in flavor. OK
