Very nice to see a Bells brett beer. And a good example of the style - mildly funky, with good malt balance and solid but unobtrusive hops. Tasty.

Peach colour in appearance. Definitely has that sour bret yeast aroma and some taste, but with a prominent citrus note as well. Unique.

On tap; a deceptively complex beer. Some brett and rye in the aroma, with a bit of the NW hops. Flavor had the same type of blend and really had some nuance. I don’t think it all worked for me completely, but good overall.

Draft at Trion. Tart funky barnyard, woody, caramel malt aroma. Cloudy light amber with a small ivory head. Funky barnyardy brett, light sweet malt and a hint of grassy bitterness. Light body, soft carbonation. Too bad I managed to spill this one, because I could have drunk much more.
