In mouth, a nice sweet fruity and tart ale with light cherry notes, Brett notes, cork character, nice. On tap at Syracuse Beer fest November 2014.

Draft pull into a tulip. The beer pours a murky copper brown. There is a small tan head that leaves little lacing. Aroma is straight berries. Raspberry and blueberry are abundant. The taste is tart up front with lots of berry and grape flavors that last throughout. It is fairly easy to drink and very refreshing. Overall a tasty beer. It should be noted that I did not pick up on the Brett yeast really, however I also was in no condition to be tasting beers at this time.

Sample at GABF 10/03/2014, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Cloudy orange-amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of apples, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of brett yeast, tart apples and malt. The finish is funky yeast and tart fruit. Decent overall.
