COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
As refreshingly crisp as a morning swim in a Great Lake, this brew is crafted with Pils and Munich malts. The pronounced hop character of this golden lager sparks thoughts of sandy beaches and rocky islands.

Pours clearish gold. Somewhat sweet, maybe caramel or cereal, as well as some zesty lemon. Not bad.

Pale golden with foamy head. Smells malty and sour. Starts assertive on tongue with a little sour, then round in the middle, with a dry finish. Not bad for what it is but not my thing.

Bottle, pours pale straw w/ white soapy head, aroma is grassy grits, light and clean with some nutty malt on finish, bitter resonance remains on the palate, great smooth and flavorful lager

On tap at Bell’s. Aroma: Very light but crisp grain aroma, some lemon and grass. Subtle but good. Appearance: Clear gold with small white head. Taste: Very grainy, fresh bread and delicious. Palate: Light, really crisp and refreshing and lively carbonation. Overall: Very good.

Pours clear golden with thick white head. Aromas of bread and hay. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Light body with fizziness. Overall, not my style of brew, but pretty good for the style.

UPDATED: MAR 2, 2012 Pours a translucent gold with a one-finger head that settles down fairly quickly and leaves a fair amount of lacing. Faint yet pleasing bready aroma. Light sweetness and medium bitterness, with a hint of tart. Crisp bite on the finish with soft, slow rising carbonation. For a lager, I absolutely enjoy this and I like to keep a couple around to enjoy after mowing the lawn. The fresher, the better, so watch your batch numbers and bottle dates. Reminds of what lagers can be when a little care is put into their production.

Poured a gold color. Day 4 of vacation, 9:30am. Lite aroma of grains and grass. Lite sweetness, lite bitterness. Lite body. Nothing special in the taste. Moderate carbonation. Ok.
