On tap at Maduro. Poured clear, bright golden with a tall, creamy white head. The aroma picked up crisp lemon and grass over a complementary bready base.. really enjoyed it. The flavor found meaty lemon and bread at the core, with more tart lemon, wheat, and dry white spices around.. perfect balance, with lovely, lingering lemon on the dry finish. Lighter-bodied and crisp on the palate.. dry and refreshing.. very good stuff.

Draft to pint at Eccentric Cafe. Looks decent; a cloudy golden with thin white lacing. Smells doughy. Tastes doughy, but with a little zip. Average on the palate. Not bad, but enderwhelming, especially for being a brewery-only release.

4oz pour at Churchkey’s Bells event during DC Beer Week 2013. Pours a clear gold with some cloudy, white head. Fruity nose, floral, honey, soap. Flavor is floral, honey, lemon, a little lime, malt. Chalky finish. Simple but decent.

Draft at Churchkey for a Bells tap takeover event. Poured a cloudy, light yellow color, with a small white head. Aroma was some pepper/spice note, grassy, some citrus. Flavor was nice citrus character, light spice. Lemon notes. Light, sweet. Not bad.

[Draft @ City Tap House] Poured a dark golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of toast, citrus, grass, some floral hops, hay, honey, and light alcohol. Taste of citrus, earth, toast, grass, and light alcohol with a dry finish.

ABR 2010. Cloudy yellow. Well hopped for the style. French yeast in the aroma and flavor, which gives a light spice quality as well. Dry malt in the finish.

This draft brew from a restaurant poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a no visible carbonation opaque dark yellow colored body. The aroma was citrus and malty. The mouth feel was very tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of citrus banana and malt. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.
