4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Roll Out the Barrel. Then pouring dark orange gold with no head and no lace. The aroma is definitely sour and funky. There is a little grape skin and a lack of much complexity. The flavors are a little better. Lots of grape skin and Brett. There is a bit of sweet fruit that is appreciated. Lightly sour with a good funk. The mouth feel is light but well carbonated. The aftertaste is funky and great. It's a solid sour

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pour is golden, very thin head. White grape aroma with some apple cider vinegar. Lemony, grape kinda flavor. Very sharp, very white wine-like. And very good. Somewhat surprised me. Not so much sour but damn good.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A- Sour, oaky, yeasty, slight funk, citrus.
A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head.
T- Sour, tart, funky, woody, citrus.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, tart finish.
O- Not too shabby. The aging seems to cut down on the funk and add a vinous oaky flavor to it.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy straw yellow pour with white head, aroma brought lots of oak, lemon, funky cheese, some white grape into some bread, doughy notes with a slight stone fruit, lemon note. Taste was a mix of white fruit, peach, lemon into some acetic, slight oaky notes into spice, bready notes, finishing fairly tart, slightly dry.

4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours mostly clear golden with a light beige head. Aroma is light tart and funk. Flavor brings excellent balanced tart like a single lambic and a juiciness that helps round out a dry ending!
