On tap at Eccentric Cafe. Poured clear coppery-golden with a tall, creamy cap of off-white head. The aroma picked up a lovely dose of maple upfront over soft caramel malts.. smelled like something I’d like to drench some sausages and pancakes in.. yummy! The flavor found caramel and some crystal maltage at the core with juicy maple draped over it.. bitterness was very light and earthy.. syrupy on the back-end. Light-bodied with ideal carbonation on the palate.. enough dry character to balance the sweetness.. well done!

On tap at the Eccentric Cafe 6/6/09. Description is "Sweet and Rich".Pours a murky orange with a nice clingy head. Reminds me of a Mead in look and taste.Smells of cinnamon, bread, and maple, with a light fruit note.Palate is a bit syrupy and sweet, with a light funk in the finish.
