Tap into a snifter at Eccentric Cafe. Fruity/floral, candy aroma. Chardonnay colored, with almost non-existent head. Mid-heavy sweet. Thin feel, light bodied, soft carbonation, sweet but not overpowering or too long of a finish. Tastes of sweet green apples and honey. I suggest that one let it warm up a little in order to fully enjoy it, as it is served quite cold. A very drinkable mead.

Tap @ Eccentric cafe. Champagne coloured, tiny clear bubbly head. Aroma is yeasty and honey. Flavour is sour and sweet grapes, with honey. Good carbonated. Well drinkable and refreshing.

Sample at The Eccentric Cafe. Poured clear pale color with good legs and virtually no head. Moderate citrus honey aroma. Light to medium body with a thin texture. Light to medium citrus honey sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Soft drinkable mead.

On tap 2/25/09 at the Eccentric cafe. "strong fermented honey served in an 8 oz. glass." I swear this tastes like the golden rye they had a month or so ago, but whatever. Little smell, maybe some honey and grain. Pours gin clear and light yellow, with a thin head. Tastes like white grapes, golden raisins and lots of honey. Very sweet and syrupy. Not to my liking.....as with all meads.
