3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Had this on tap a few different times at Bells. Really crisp mead, not super sticky like you would think. Very little alcohol, and thin on the tongue. Straight forward flavor, but a really solid beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On draft at Bells. This is interesting. The pour is a crystal clear light good color with no head and no lace to be found. The aroma is sweet, but itís light. There is a dryness there and a bit of what seems like apple skins. Itís not too bad, but itís just so plain. The flavor is where this one falls apart. There is a ton of dry honey that just isnít good. Itís got a little tartness from some kind of fruit skin, and it finishes strange. There seems to be a lot of apple in this one. The mouth feel is syrupy and heavy with no carbonation and a lingeringly dry, sweet honey to go with the apple thing. Not good

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap: The aroma consists of light-moderate honey, apple, and faint white wine. Itís a dull white-gold with no head but some rising bubbles. The flavor starts with a which dose of honey and light apple. The finish has some white wine and champagne notes. Itís medium bodied with lightly spritzy carbonation. Overall, light bodied and more carbonation than Iím used to it a Mead...still pretty tasty.

Faint honey notes on the nose. Pale yellow with minimal head. Sweet honey with hidden notes of some citrus. Some alcohol burn on the finish and faint bitterness to somewhat balance. First mead experience....o.k.

It baffles me that this isn't rated higher. This is the single greatest drink I've ever had. Puts a smile in my face every time. Drinks easy with great after taste.
