On tap at the Eccentric Cafe. Slightly hazy copper-brown body, thin-medium off-white head. Toasty nose, leafy with light bitterness, cerealy. Grainy body, light, with toast and very little sweetness. Nutty cereals complemented by leafy, herbal hops. Thin, sharply carbonated, and slightly biting on the tongue. Despite the apparent complexity, not too interesting.

Aug 7, 2008 On tap at the Eccentric Cafe. Medium amber-brown w/ beige foam. Sweet , malty, grainy, mildly toasty aroma w/ some herbal notes. Lightly carbonated feel. Flavour is sweet w/ some light, bitter herbal notes. Straight forward and quaffable.

Aug 6, 2008 On tap at the cafe. Poured a muddy medium brown with no real head to speak of. Looked like muddy water. Carbonation was good. Not much in the way of aroma. Flavor was malty, but pretty bland.

Aug 1, 2008 Poured a rich amber from the tap. Crisp. Faint malt/cream flavor that maintains a very consistent taste. Steady.

Jul 31, 2008 blah...on tap at the eccentric cafe..amber body with minimal head..toasted, largely indistinct nose with just a hint of any hop character...light caramelized sugar and floral notes for flavor...

Jul 13, 2008 On tap at the Eccentric Café. Amber with next to no head. Very light nose with some toasted malt and light hops on it. Mild tasting concoction that has some sweet malts, light caramel and a touch of rye before ending with the mildest of hop finishes. There’s not much too this one.
