COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American wheat ale made with European ingredients. Belgium wheat malt and Czech Saaz hops provide a spicy, fruity balance to this seasonal ale. (Formerly known as Solsun)

Orangish yellow and cloudy with a nice soapy white thick head. Leaving a fair amount of lacing on the glass. Looks decent enough. Nice notes of orange citrus. Even detecting some floral hops. Picking up the wheat in the background. Nicely balanced. Getting some grapefruit and some orange in the taste. Only a small amount of bitterness coming in at the back of the throat. Just getting a slight bit of alcohol in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel was thin, refreshing, crisp and thirst quenching. Maybe only the slightest bit watery. Very nice summer brew. Easily drinkable. Perfect after a hot, hard days work. This beer is better than most summer wheat beers I’ve had.

One of the great summer beers. Don’t drink this beer in the cold winter months of the "Great White North". First of all, this is a wheat beer which means summer. Also, by December, all you are going to find are old stale bottles and kegs.

Pours a clear yellowish orange color with a small white head that gathers around the edges. Wheat and spicy notes in the aroma; a touch of lemon. The palate is light and refreshing, smooth on the tongue and lightly carbonated; not a bad finish. Good balance between sweetness in the malt and some dry spice and floral flavors. A little citrus in the flavor as well. Overall, refreshing and satisfying. Attention-grabbing for an American Wheat beer.

Aroma is doughy...low alcohol...cloudy, nice color. Floral nose, small head, no lacing. Too much sediment. Overall not bad for the style, but not my favorite

Cloudy straw pour, low head and nice lace. Light skunky aroma. Nice carb, strange sour skunky flavor, but not unpleasant. Some dark fruits, raisin, and grainy flavor. Some floral, nice summer beer.

Baby keg. Pours a semi-clear yellow-gold with a mild, white head. Bready aroma with wheat, yeast and fruit. Flavor is fairly sweet with nice malt character and modest hops to balance it out. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. Finishes smooth and somewhat refreshing. Decent.

Smooth light flavor. Almost 6% abv without a bitter hint. Great overall "safe beer".
